The hotel room was spacious and beautifully decorated, giving off a luxurious vibe. The location was fantastic, being close to major transportation hubs and making it easy to explore the city. the staff were professional and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.
There were a few negative aspects that affected our experience. Housekeeping seemed to forget to collect the used coffee cups, leaving us with a pile of dirty cups.

I had a great stay, thanks to the friendly staff and excellent hotel facilities. The location of the hotel is ideal since it is close to the city's central train station and bus terminal. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and I loved the breakfast buffet with its wide range of dishes.

We loved staying at this venue! It was in such a great location, with both tram and train stops nearby and within walking distance to the city center. The room was fantastic, with all the amenities we needed such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a sitting area. The staff was so helpful, and we especially appreciated the excellent service we received from the reception desk at both check-in and check-out. Also, the spa and wellness center were amazing, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Turkish bath.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main railway station and close to the metro station, making it easy to explore the city center. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained.
